The Best Stock Research Tool is 50% Off

You're Already Investing Thousands. Why Not Invest in the Returns?

Most investors will put $5,000 into a position they researched for ten minutes or heard briefly from a friend.

Here's the math that matters: if DividendData.com helps you find one better stock — just one — it pays for itself many times over. A single avoided dividend cut. A single better entry. A single mistake avoided. That's a full year's cost, recovered on one decision.

Don't take our word for it:

"I got in a year and a few months ago and at first I thought it was a little steep but I realized that it ended up making me way more than that and essentially 'paid for itself' multiple times over in just over a year… The new and improved website is great and takes researching time down to a minimum."

Latest Research

🚀 SCHD Was Dead Money... Now It’s Beating the S&P 500

SCHD is up 20% year-to-date, beating the S&P 500 by a wide margin. The dividend ETF everyone called "dead money" after years of lagging is back on top.

  • The Setup: A surge in oil prices boosted SCHD's heavy energy allocation, alongside a rotation into consumer defensives and healthcare, while big tech saw major weakness.

  • Yield & Dividend Growth: Trailing 12-month yield sits at 3.15%, but dividend growth has slowed to roughly 2.2% expected CAGR.

  • Valuation Warning: Because the price ran up in 2026, the buying yield is near historical lows.

  • The Verdict: Is SCHD still a buy today, or will the S&P 500 regain its lead in the second half of the year?

PEP Stock Analysis

The Best Time to Buy PepsiCo in Decades? ($PEP)

PepsiCo ($PEP) is down 30% from its 2023 highs and has severely lagged the market. However, for long-term dividend investors, this dip could be a massive opportunity.

  • Historically High Yield: PEP currently offers a 4.33% yield—the highest level since the 2008 Great Financial Crisis.

  • Safety Check: Free cash flow payout ratios are improving in 2026, meaning the dividend remains very safe with low risk of a cut.

  • AI Resistance: AI won't disrupt Pepsi's physical distribution network or brand power; it will likely help lower marketing and operational costs.

  • Fair Value: The stock is trading in deep value territory on P/E, price-to-sales, and dividend yield metrics.

GOOGL Stock Analysis

📉 Why Google Stock is Selling Off

Alphabet ($GOOGL) dropped over 6% following earnings. While headline earnings per share looked huge, there is a lot more going on beneath the surface.

  • The Real Numbers: Headline earnings were inflated by investment gains in SpaceX and Anthropic. Stripping those out puts EPS under $3/share.

  • Negative Free Cash Flow: Google posted -$5.86B in free cash flow for Q2—its first negative quarter since 2006—due to a massive $44.9B in AI capex spending.

  • Cloud & Search Acceleration: Google Cloud revenue accelerated 82% YoY with a $514B backlog, while Search revenue grew 17%.

  • Is it a Buy? Operating cash flow is up nearly 40% YoY, but the market is punishing heavy AI capital spending.

(Bonus: I also cover the 14% drop in Tesla [$TSLA] and the 10% sell-off in Rollins [$ROL] at the end of the video!)
